<div class="konafilter">I&#8217;ve been asked to review <a title="Outdoor and military survival gear." href="http://www.brigadeqm.com" target="_blank">BrigadeQM.com</a>, a website that has all sorts outdoor and survival gear. Looking at the landing page the website is well organized into sections, starting with gear on the left. I found an ample supply of hard to find military quality gear. <br />
 </p>
<p>One example I was looking at, a <a title="Hydration system" href="http://www.brigadeqm.com/cgi-bin/tame.exe/store/level4c.tam?M5COPY%2Ectx=29486&amp;M5%2Ectx=3059&amp;M2%5FDESC%2Ectx=Hydration&amp;level3%2Ectx=level3c%2Etam&amp;BC3%2Ectx=B%20Ready&amp;BC4%2Ectx=Hydration&amp;backto=%2Fstore%2Flevel3c%2Etam" target="_blank">CAMELBAK® M.U.L.E.® ™ MAX™ GEAR HYDRATION SYSTEM ~ 3.O LITER/100 OZ</a> that would be a perfect companion for my mountain biking adventures. If you look at this item you will notice another neat feature of the <a title="Outdoor and military survival gear." href="http://www.brigadeqm.com" target="_blank">BrigadeQM.com</a> website &#8211; there are often more than one picture and there is a description tab below that has all of the information about the product.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I noticed there is an ample supply of military gear from clothes to speciality packs. One application of these supplies surprised me. I found a Brigade Quartermasters, BGood, The Giving Back Program, Goodies for the Good Guys program that allowed for donations to the troops! This program has allowed Brigade Quartermasters to give extras when shipping orders out as the <a title="Brigade Quartermasters, BGood, The Giving Back Program, Goodies for the Good Guys - Letters from the Troops" href="http://www.brigadeqm.com/cgi-bin/tame.exe/store/troopletters.tam" target="_blank">Letters from the Troops</a> illustrate. Apparently military families shipping comfort items and supplies to their loved ones are very pleased with the fast service as well as the extras included in their shipment. In this post I will highlight some of the features and products of this website.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><span id="more-485"></span></p>
<p> </p>
<p>I found a media feature demonstrating the use of some products called <a title="BCast - video information on products" href="http://www.brigadeqm.com/cgi-bin/tame.exe/store/bcast.tam" target="_blank">BCast</a>. I was watching a neat product called the <a title="Portable Water Purifier" href="http://www.brigadeqm.com/cgi-bin/tame.exe/store/level4c.tam?M5COPY.ctx=30326&amp;M5.ctx=30326" target="_blank"><span class="hdrTitle">TRITON® M2 PORTABLE WATER PURIFIER KIT W/BAGS</span></a> video on BCast that explained how to clean water. This product is ideal for camping, military, or home emergencies as you will not have to depend on finding clean water to survive.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>As a martial arts enthusiast I like to find neat weapons. On the <a title="BrigadeQM" href="http://www.brigadeqm.com" target="_blank">BrigadeQM.com</a> website I found a <span class="hdrTitle"><a title="Samburu Spear" href="http://www.brigadeqm.com/cgi-bin/tame.exe/store/level4c.tam?M5COPY%2Ectx=27977&amp;M5%2Ectx=3611&amp;M2%5FDESC%2Ectx=Swords%2FCanes&amp;level3%2Ectx=level3c%2Etam&amp;BC3%2Ectx=Knives%20and%20Tools&amp;BC4%2Ectx=Swords%2FCanes&amp;backto=%2Fstore%2Flevel3c%2Etam" target="_blank">COLD STEEL® SAMBURU SPEAR</a>. According to the description on the website:</span></p>
<blockquote><p><span class="hdrSub"><span style="font-size: x-small;">The Model 95S Samburu Spear is based on a design by the Samburu tribe from Kenya. It is perhaps the most advanced spear of its type on the planet. It measures 7 ft. overall and delivers deadly throwing accuracy. It includes a finely crafted hickory handle.</span></span></p>
<p> </p></blockquote>
<p>I found some interesting reads such as <a title="Book - Brining a gun to a knife fight!" href="http://www.brigadeqm.com/cgi-bin/tame.exe/store/level4c.tam?M5COPY%2Ectx=30777&amp;M5%2Ectx=30777&amp;M2%5FDESC%2Ectx=Books%2FVideos%2FArtwork&amp;level3%2Ectx=level3c%2Etam&amp;BC3%2Ectx=Off%20Duty&amp;BC4%2Ectx=Books%2FVideos%2FArtwork&amp;backto=%2Fstore%2Flevel3c%2Etam" target="_blank"><span class="hdrTitle">BRINGING A GUN TO A KNIFE FIGHT &#8211; BOOK BY STEVE TARANI</span></a> that caught my attention. I&#8217;ve just posted on fighting against a knife attack the other day and would be interested to read Steve Tarani&#8217;s take on this topic. My guess is he would point out that closing the distance mitigates the effectiveness of the gun. I think I will have to read this book.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><a title="BrigadeQM.com" href="http://www.brigadeqm.com" target="_blank">BrigadeQM.com</a> also has brick and mortar retail stores <a title="BrigadeQM retail stores" href="http://www.brigadeqm.com/cgi-bin/tame.exe/store/retail.tam" target="_blank">here</a>. I checked out the refund policy and noted that they stand behind their products. The company has been in business for over 30 years. BrigadeQM seems to be a company that any outdoors enthusiast, police, military or survivalist would find good-quality, fairly priced products that would add value to their activities. If you get a chance &#8211; please check out <a title="BrigadeQM.com" href="http://www.brigadeqm.com" target="_blank">BrigadeQM.com&#8217;s </a>products.</div>
