American Kenpo Karate Association presents

 What:

A Basic Ground Seminar taught by Dr. Mick Leone, a 9th Degree Black Belt Kenpo Karate and 2nd Degree Black Belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.

 

When:

Saturday November 1, 2008 11:00AM Cost $30.00 to AKKA members $35.00 to the public (in advance) and $40.00 at the door.

 To be held at our main studio located at 3030 El Cajon Blvd. San Diego Ca.

This Seminar will cover the following basics:

The stand up fight, explaining the transition to the ground.

Basic Positions

• Top

• Bottom

• Guard

• Half Guard

• Mount

• Side Mount

Attacking the back

Submissions from these positions

Defenses from these positions

Rolling with Mick and Tony

Q & A
