Hello Boys and Girls – Have you been good this year? Well I have it on good authority that Santa has been honing up his karate skills this year so instead of a lump of coal for those bad boys and girls – You might just get a swift kick in the pants!
For those of you wondering, I hear Santa is considering a spot on dancing with the stars! Karate schools have been getting into the Christmas, Hanukkah, Holiday spirit by getting the dojo ready as well as putting on full blown productions!
I really enjoyed watching the Santa girls fighting with those staffs! I guess they have to protect Santa’s elves while they make the toys. Those of you how didn’t know, Van Damme gets into the Christmas spirit this time of year too.
Wow… he managed to keep his beard looking good through the whole fight somehow! In this next video from Christmas past, a school is part of a Christmas parade and demonstrating how to keep the pirates at bay (no doubt trying to rob Santa of presents during a rum induced haze)!
The world is safe again for Christmas! In this next video Fuggy Fuggy offers inscrutable advice for presents this Christmas.
This seems to be of the same ilk that you don’t look a gift horse in the mouth? Or maybe wear fire/dragon proof hats while opening presents?
I’d like to show this last video in case you have been bad and think Santa is easy pickings to get over on him.
The moral of this story boys and girls is (from the song – Santa Claus is coming to town):
You better watch out,
You better not cry,
Better not pout,
I’m telling you why:
Santa Clause is coming to town!
From everyone here at My Self-Defense Blog, we want to wish you and yours a Very Merry Christmas and and Happy New Year!

This is how I always imagined Christmas to be. Earning presents through hand to hand combat.

This is an awesome video that caters to the aesthetic position of martial arts. Yeah I saw that one practioner that drop her staff, but it happens. I love the transition from smooth to hard when the started doing sets with each other.
