Just a quick update on tonights fight. Jose Aldo won decisively in the 2nd round. Brown looked strong but he did not have an answer for Aldo’s speed and was not able to take Jose down. Aldo kicked and punched Brown in his normal relaxed fasion. Jose took Mike down in the 2nd and then rained down unanswered punches to Mike’s head… took the W!

I didn’t watch the fight, but it sure sounds like Aldo was very well prepared and simply smothered Brown whose post-fight comments were champion-like. Great for the sport.
    Have a good one, John.

I guess I was pulling for Mike Brown, but I have liked Aldo for a while. His strikes are all so strong, especially his leg kicks. I wish it had lasted longer just to watch two great fighters do their thing. Now I’m hoping for a Uriah Faber vs Aldo match up. I’ll have to watch it in slow motion, lol!

Hey Tiger! You missed a quick fight where both fighters got to show off some of their skills. Aldo will make a great champion!

Hi Dr J! Brown has some great moves – too bad he could not take it to the ground to work some strategy.

I can’t wait to see Aldo vs. Faber… they are both fast!
